Torcuato Restaurant

A TIMELESS CULINARY ODYSSSEY IN THE HEART OF MADRID’S GOLDEN MILE

Captivating Ambiance in Madrid's Golden Mile

Nestled in the heart of Madrid's prestigious "Golden Mile," Torcuato restaurant made its grand entrance last year, generating much excitement and anticipation. Boasting a prime location amidst tree-lined boulevards and historic mansions, this upscale eatery offers a captivating experience like no other.

Interior designer Pepe Leal worked his magic, creating an immersive and kaleidoscopic ambiance within Torcuato's walls. Playfully blending various styles and eras with unparalleled finesse, the interiors truly transport diners on a mesmerizing journey through time.

Torcuato's separate bar area draws inspiration from the Great Gatsby's fictional mansion, exuding a more masculine vibe. Combining Art Deco and Neo-Renaissance elements with dark colors and neon lighting, the ambience exudes a moody charm. Throughout all three spaces, Moorish-inspired floor tiling adds jazz to the kaleidoscopic interiors while maintaining continuity.

The restaurant's rooftop terrace offers panoramic city views and a lush, exotic escape. Contemporary murals of oversized flowers echo the building's red brick and tile facades, while metallic arched trellises and sculptural clusters of disc-shaped canopies create a whimsical Alice-in-Wonderland environment.

A Harmonious Fusion of Art, Cuisine, and Culture

As a joint creation by the innovative hospitality group La Fábrica, Torcuato seamlessly combines the daring eclecticism of both Pepe Leal and Sergio Fernández. It's an invitation to embark on a wondrous journey across the globe, where classical and modern aesthetics playfully collide, and fusion cooking takes on delightful Japanese, Mediterranean, and Mexican twists.

Dine at Torcuato for an experience that transcends the ordinary, where gastronomy and artistic vision come together to create an unforgettable, all-encompassing celebration of the senses.

Named after journalist Torcuato Luca de Tena, Torcuato restaurant's enchanting ambiance is curated by interior designer Pepe Leal. Inspired by de Tena's global adventures, Leal melds diverse eras and origins, creating a whimsical ensemble of spaces. The historic building boasts Moorish Revival, Neo-Renaissance, and Andalusian elements, reflecting the fashionable mix-and-match style of the late 19th century. With a mastery of color and humor, Leal infuses captivating energy into the boldly eclectic interiors. Three distinct dining experiences await, each with its own charm. The first hall features tall arched windows and floral embellishments, radiating brightness. The second hall, styled after Marie Antoinette's court, exudes regal allure. Guests at Torcuato embark on a culinary and artistic journey, celebrating culture and creativity.

A Sensory culinary Extravaganza

Acclaimed chef Sergio Fernández adds to the enchantment with his painterly dishes, ingeniously fusing flavors and cuisines to create culinary masterpieces. From the opulence of Marie Antoinette's salon to the Art Deco allure of the Great Gatsby's den, Torcuato weaves together diverse influences, making each visit a sensory extravaganza.

Notably, the restaurant's dining terrace stands out as one of the city's most breathtaking, offering a serene oasis to savor the culinary wonders and soak in the vibrant atmosphere.
